Men’s Shelter of Charlotte provides emergency shelter and basic needs through its two shelters. Its income/employment + housing services model focuses on increasing people’s income and helping them obtain housing.
In 2020, Men’s Shelter of Charlotte and Urban Ministry Center officially merged to form a single organization called Roof Above, in order to have a greater impact to end homelessness.
