We work every day at United Way of Central Carolinas to give people in our community the tools and resources they need to be successful in their homes, businesses and neighborhoods.
Recently, we organized trainings for nonprofit agency staff and board members on building trauma-informed organizations, advancing a racial equity organizational lens, and developing two-generation interventions and partnerships. Initial information sessions on these topics were followed by optional in-depth workshops for agencies looking to put these ideas into action.
